Place cut marrow bones on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool bones and scoop out the marrow.
Marrow can be eaten as is with rice crackers, whole grain bread, or as a veggie dip.

Place Marrow Bones in a pot with water and bring to boil with 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar to help extract calcium. Reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. A very nourishing food. If making soup, these prepared bones can be added directly to the pot. Bones give you "mouth feel" :)
