The Beginner Workout is perfect for everyone!
Whether you are just getting back into your exercise routine, looking for a new routine, or are starting from scratch, this workout will take you through my signature workout, sculpted so you will be able to walk around the next day. The key is never to overdue it. Allow your body time to condition and recover.
I reccomend utilizing this DVD for a period of 4 weeks before moving onto the Intermmediate Workout.
Included with the workout is my Stretch Routine, Abs Workout, and a few other video segments that will lend some insight to your success.
