Ayurvedic Medicine

As a lifelong health care practitioner & fitness trainer, I was driven to pursue a Doctoral Degree in the Practice of Ayurveda. Combining this knowledge with the fact that we've made our own products, having learned not only what herbs and supplements are, but how they work together to help from the scientific perspective, along with personal training, nutrition, massage, and fitness certificates and real world experience...I do one thing: HELP YOU TRANSFORM INTO THE HEALTHY YOU!

I help you realize that what you are and aren't eating is hurting you, and we reinvent your diet. We examine your activity level, and prescribe workout regiments that will match your age, fitness level, and goals. At the end of the day, health is the priority. It is here where the daily practices of the Ayurvedic lifestyle are born.

Look at it like this. Nutrition feeds the mind, exercise feeds the body, and Ayurveda feeds the soul. With proper practice, we find the natural balance of the elements of our natural world, and how those are incorporated into our daily rituals of cleansing, revitalizing, and refueling ourselves, allowing our bodies to prevent disease and give us the energy and ability to fulfill our goals.

What is Ayurveda?

The word Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word meaning “lifespan build on knowledge” or “science if life”.

5,000 year old system of natural healing originating from the Vedic culture of India.  It is considered by many to be the oldest healing science there is.  The primary goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to help people live long, healthy and balanced lives without the need for prescription drugs, complicated surgeries, or suffering through painful conditions.

Ayurvedic practitioners use a well-balanced, healthy diet, lifestyle changes, stress relief and various herbal remedies to heal all sorts of conditions by helping to bring the body back in balance.  Ayurveda takes into consideration individuality when prescribing holistic treatments, based on each person’s unique balance.
